Hilton Sacramento Arden West Hotel, Sacramento

The hotel is conveniently located in North West Sacramento, though a bit far from downtown. The rooms were mostly comfortable, but some areas needed attention to detail. The service was generally good but had a major glitch with my reservation. The dining was pricey with limited options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. On the bright side, my room offered a nice view despite some concerns about damage and unfinished areas like sharp edges. However, there were some downsides, like the aloof service that even mishandled my reservation after my personal visit a week prior. On the upside, the location was convenient and well-maintained, but the presence of homeless individuals posed a challenge. Dining improved over the years but was still not perfect.

The hotel had some mixed aspects. The rooms definitely need refurbishing and are smaller than other Hilton Hotels I have stayed at before, but mine was surprisingly spacious and nicely appointed with a larger wall-mounted TV. The corner closet was well organized, though it may vary by room.
